I was selling my studio apartment in Chelsea and purchasing a new 1 bedroom at the same time. My original realtor I was using did not understand my urgency and timeline- until I canceled my contract and decided to be represented by Nolan. He was an absolute dream to work with and clearly knew what he was doing. He profiled the neighborhood and comparable units before presenting me with the price I should list the apartment. My goal was to not be overwhelmed with everything involved in the sale and Nolan was able to take away all the stress and streamline the process.
